The deal will see AC1 build a 202-bed £19m student accommodation scheme for Blacklight Capital Partners.
The family-owned firm has been in business since 2010 starting-out as a a dry lining subcontractor and labour agency in London.
Sustained growth has seen AC1 evolve into a £23m turnover fit-out contractor now operating a Major Projects Division operating from Manchester city centre.
